Warranty and Returns:

Audio Engine Warranty: https://audioengine.com/warranty-information/

All Audioengine products have a 3-year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from date of purchase. Your warranty is automatic, so there is no need to register. This Limited Warranty applies only to Audioengine products purchased in the United States from an authorized Audioengine reseller or direct from www.audioengine.com. All Audioengine refurbished products carry the same 3-year warranty as new stock.

If you purchased an Audioengine product second-hand, the standard 3-year warranty for Audioengine products is fully transferable provided that you can furnish a copy of the original purchase receipt.
