Why do your prices show “Login for Price” instead of my cost?
Deer Park only accepts wholesale orders through our dealer network. If you currently see the “Login for Price” instead of the cost of each item, you are not logged in to the site. Please either log in with your existing email and password or register by going to “My Account”. Approved dealers who register for the first time will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours which will allow login and viewing of all pricing and wholesale offers. Does your website show me my shipping costs prior to placing the order?
Yes. As of August, 2015 we have shipping charges integrated within our website check-out. We will automatically quote UPS Ground or Home Delivery rates, depending upon the address on file. Also, if you drop-ship, drop ship fees will automatically be added to your order at check-out, based on our guidelines in our terms and conditions. Do I need to order online?
No, but it does ensure your order receives first priority and the latest cut-off possible. You can also send your purchase orders to orders@deerparkdist.com. We accept orders for retail fulfillment over the phone, however, we do not accept drop ship orders over the phone. Back to FAQ List

How are my items shipped to me or my drop-ship customers?
Deer Park utilizes UPS, FedEx and USPS for its small package delivery. Prices vary by weight, size of item and shipping Zone. If you have a UPS or FedEx account number you would like us to bill, there is no additional charge for the service If you have a specific cost regarding shipping, please email info@deerparkdist.com. Larger, bulk shipments to retailers generally are sent via LTL carrier as palletized freight. Freight shipments generally take two business days (slightly longer during peak periods) to exit our building. Back to FAQ List
How soon do my items ship?
Generally, we will ship same-day if orders are received by 1:00PM CST. During peak-operating periods around the holidays, we usually cut-off most orders at 11:00AM CST for same day shipment. If you are planning a bulk order, most LTL or palletized freight can be prepared within two business days, sometimes longer depending upon the order size and shipping preferences. Back to FAQ List
Will I receive tracking with my order?
Yes, we supply tracking when orders are routed via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will receive the item tracking number on your paid invoice copy, as well as via an automated email which is sent directly from the carrier. PRO numbers for palletized freight orders are included on all invoice copies, along with the carrier detail. Back to FAQ List
Can I bill my shipping charges to my own shipping account?
Yes, we do offer 3rd party billing. Please ensure we have a copy of your FedEx or UPS number on file prior to placing the order. If you are drop shipping items, please consult our Deer Park Dealer Terms and Conditions for information on drop-ship charges for 3rd party billing. What if I need to return an item?
A copy of Deer Park’s return policy is available by logging in and viewing it in the Dealer Documents link from our home-page. If you have a specific question regarding an item or transaction, you can email returns@deerparkdist.com. Back to FAQ List
A drop shipment customer of mine just cancelled an order and it has already been sent from Deer Park. What should I do?
Call us at (618) 427-3761 or email returns@deerparkdist.com so that we may intercept the package. A fee applies, but it generally is much less expensive than getting a delivered package back safely. Back to FAQ List
What are your operating hours?

Do you have an inventory feed?
Yes. We send information on inventory status weekly. To subscribe to our inventory feed, please email inventory@deerparkdist.com and we will email you weekly with the stock condition status on all of our inventoried items. Inventory reports are generated on Tuesdays, and also sent on Fridays during the peak-operating period at the holidays. Back to FAQ List
How do you accept orders?
We accept orders at our website, www.deerparkdist.com as well as email. To email an order, please send your order information to orders@deerparkdist.com. Be sure to include the product type and full address information for your order. We do not accept drop ship orders over the phone. Do you have a Image Database?

How do I subscribe to your customer newsletter?
All new accounts are automatically enrolled with the email address we were given to put on file. If you would like to sign up additional email addresses, please see the link on our home page to do so. We also post updates to our blog and Facebook page, also accessible from the homepage. How long will it be before I receive my order?
We supply tracking with each order, with options available for ground, next-day air and second-day air available. Most of our shipments move via UPS ground, and the chart below estimates by geography the estimated shipping time. Please note that the day an item is shipped does not count toward the shipping days! Generally, we will ship same-day if orders are received by 1:00PM CST. During peak-operating periods around the holidays, we usually cut-off most orders at 11:00AM CST for same day shipment.
